There is a CLEAR growing divide at the Fed: In his first such comment, Fed Chair Powell explicitly just said that there were "strongly differing views" about how to proceed in December. Fed Chair Powell also said that another rate cut from December is "far from sure." On top of this, for the first time today, one Fed member dissented the decision in favor of "NO cut" and another dissented in favor of a 50 basis point cut. For the last 5+ years, the Fed has almost ALWAYS decided unanimously on policy shifts. In September, that precedent was broken; and today it was shattered. The Fed is divided.

Just had a conversation with a data center developer. He has been in the business for decades.
Every location is now power limited to varying degrees. ConEd is tapped out. Dominion Power has 30 “batches”, the larger number of the batch you are in, the more years you will wait.
So the new game is natgas turbines and Independent Power Producers (IPPs). How many miles is your site from a natgas pipeline?Can you get natgas power gen permitted? Etc.
I don’t have any natgas investments except for a few MLPs. I feel like I need more.
