Who all will be at the #APSSummit next week? Would be lovely to catch up with some friends while in Minneapolis.

@noahkaufmanmd @Brady_H Totally agree. You can’t outrun or outlift a crap diet.

I’m a doctor. This is factually wrong. Nutrition and staying away from processed foods and chemicals is far more important than getting people to “move more.” This is a common misconception. People move plenty. It’s the poison that we are eating. This is what all the evidence points to and what we need to focus on.
Not to be dismissive of how important it is to be active as part of a healthy lifestyle.
But what we put in our machine is far far more important.

This administration is myopic about food at the neglect of physical activity.
Don’t get me wrong, this is a great change—altering the food environment and what we tell people to eat is a must.
But *nothing* will move the lever on population health as much as getting people to move more.
We are not talking about it enough.

@DrHelenECollin1 My kids like when I use an AI prompt to make their drawings realistic and 3D. Here’s them as Labubus lol. I’ve yet to figure out what a labubu even is.

So, I wanted to do some kind of challenge for my 35th birthday. @mikeravn and I decided to take on the @davidgoggins 4x4x48 challenge, running 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours. Raising money for PBJ4kids. A non profit summer camp for foster kids.

Hot take:
You should also run a marathon (or farther) when training for a marathon.

Apparently I got blocked by @VWR website since I’m using VPN security software.
Turning it off and on just to browse the products is cumbersome but oh well...
