Si la ausencia absoluta ocurre antes de la toma de posesión del Presidente electo, o durante los primeros cuatro años del sexenio, se deberá celebrar una nueva elección presidencial dentro de los treinta (30) días consecutivos siguientes a la vacante.

This is absolutely heartbreaking. A released political prisoner reunites with his family, clearly affected by his time in a torture center and unable to recognize them. He was kidnapped by the chavista regime in April, 2024, for the crime of speaking at a rally for Maria Corina Machado, where he shared he had returned to Venezuela to fight for the country. Venezuela will be forever grateful to our heroes like Oscar Castaneda and we pray he can heal from the torture handed by Maduro, Delcy and the brutal chavista dictatorship.
