Has anyone ever had a successful delivery from Hermes? Absolute joke of a company have lost a parcel again. So far they have a 100% failure rate for 1st time successful delivery in both 2020 and 2021. It’s quite an achievement to be so shit as a company 🙈. @Hermesparcels.
