Following up this challenge by @nic_carter , I investigated the validity of the claims made by BitOK and Elliptic regarding value transferred into addresses from the 3 seizure orders (ASOs).🔍 x.com/nic__carter/st… I tried to use @ArkhamIntel to find the connection between the 79 wallets from the 3 ASOs that @abhiShandy has previously put in his github repo. I found some interesting points that I am willing to share with you.🔥 x.com/abhiShandy/sta… When we examine the connection between these accounts, a large share of transactions between these accounts are from service providers like exchanges, and there are a few accounts that I believe are on the list because they had transfers to or from these service providers!🧐 But the most important part is that when we trace the transactions, we finally reach the core accounts that were previously labelled by Arkham as the Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Hamas. When we combine these accounts, the transfers and connections between the accounts look more vivid. Now let's explore the transfers in and out of these main accounts. Since there are almost no direct transactions between these accounts, there is always a third party, mostly exchanges. So by examining the exchange flows, we can fully understand the account activities. WSJ claimed that the PIJ received as much as $93 million in crypto between August 2021 and June this year, as analysis by leading crypto researcher Elliptic showed.❌ But the reality is that the PIJ accounts have received a total of $15.75 million during this period.✅ platform.arkhamintelligence.com/explorer/entit… Also, according to the WSJ, wallets connected to Hamas received about $41 million over a similar time period.❌ But the reality is that the account connected to Hamas has received only about $250,000.✅ platform.arkhamintelligence.com/explorer/entit…
