A pride flag outside your house could signal that this house will not hate you for being who you are.

Pronouns are part of the "gender is a thing we made up" from earlier, not everyone is so neatly a female, woman, and uses she/her, it's just USUALLY the case.

There is no qualifier that makes anyone a woman or man, or you'd be able to take that qualifier away and no longer be a woman.
