IMO all these changes would fix ranked just a bit:
1. Make the system points again and not %. (This will make sense going into my next point)
2. Just like tournament format, u should get higher points the more ppl u outlive. And if u die offspawn or die early u get nothing.
3. Add busfair so everygame u load into u lose the amount of pts u would gain until u reach top 20. (So like u get 40 pts until top 25place and u lose 40 pts just getting onto battle bus) That way u can only gain pts if u get to top 20 or better. (This would help lobbies from dying out)
4. Now obviously my points sound just like OG Arena, but lets think real quick. Remember how even arena games were like scrims… bingo. Because the format was actually really good back then. (Im talking about OG arena, not right before it got removed)
5. Kills are still worth points but if u only rely on them, ranking up would be impossible, which is shown down below.
This is how the system should be:
the example is for solos, now obviously for team gamemodes u would js fix the format to make it similar like they do in tourneys.
Busfair: 45points:
100th - 25th = 40points
24th - 10th = 30points
9th - 4th = 35points
3rd - 2nd = 10points
1st = 65points
Total: 180points - 45 busfair = 135pts for just the win and kills are just 1 point so keying isnt worth, but if u want fighting practice go for it.
Rank 1 → 2: 500 pts
Rank 2 → 3: 900 pts
Rank 3 → 4: 1,400 pts
Rank 4 → 5: 2,100 pts
Rank 5 → 6: 3,000 pts
Rank 6 → 7: 4,200 pts
Rank 7 = 6,000 pts and u can get as many as u want so u can do race to however many pts again.
Lmk what yall think, ik this isnt perfect but im obv not a game creator, just givin out ideas.

With The Way Peter changed the Game in a Mode Like Duos Traditional IGLs like Acorn and Queasy will no longer find success
Fighting IGLs like Peter, Rapid, Ritual, Veno and Eomzo are taking over
We see this IGLs like Bugha, Rise, Visxals, Fredoxie and Acorn no longer finding as much success as they used to
