Today we made potatoes, eggs and bacon. He wanted a burrito but we didnt have any wraps. Then he wanted to make lasagna this week so that is currently in the oven

He helped me make teriyaki chicken with rice last night - and has actually been asking questions about why we put what we do into things - I’ve told him cooking is a lot like building each item has a certain application but you can also interchange some items

I also just want to say - if they gave me a 2-3 day heads up the guest room would’ve been cleaned with fresh bedding and the chickens relocated. But I don’t do this just assuming I’ll bend over backwards last minute to accommodate shit

My father in law and sister in law are in town this weekend. I found out on Wednesday they’d be coming and taking the trailer I use for hay Ok cool. Then Friday my husband mentions that his dad asked if he could stay at the house or if they should get a hotel
