Vent time…. @Grindr banned me 2 times over the past 12 months and later reversed their decision, as they determined that I was inappropriately banned. I got apology emails saying that I was incorrectly banned and that when my subscription expired that I should reply to the email chain and they would extend my subscription. I accepted the apologies and moved on. Well today my subscription expired. I replied to those apology emails asking that they extend my subscription. I get an email back saying that it was reviewed and the final decision is that my account is permanently banned. Sure enough - can’t login and it says that I’m banned. I guess they didn’t want to extend my subscription like they said in the email and decided to ban me for bugging them??? And radio silence from the support team when I asked how I got banned for asking them to extend my subscription, which was in their email. So if we had an ongoing conversation going and I just disappeared - I apologize. I hope that the @Grindr folks will be able to sort it out quickly.
