I-95 NORTHBOUND: All northbound traffic is now being detoured at exit 118 (Thornburg) in Spotsylvania to use Route 1 northbound as an alternate route. Traffic signal timing in the area is being adjusted to accommodate heavy traffic.

I-95 Northbound: Drivers can expect delays near mile marker 132 on I-95 NB, due to a tractor trailer crash carrying 80,000 lbs of sand. It has been moved to the right shoulder and lane closures will exist later this morning to remove the tractor trailer.
