@AnthonyHexium I got a budget of ~1850 cals per day. I often eat a bit more but offset it with exercise 🤙 As long as my daily balance remains below 1850, I am losing weight 🤗

1/ Last month at @thethinkmill, we did a team "step challenge" for 10 days to raise funds for charity. I started walking an entire beach back and forth, every night. About 9km or so, 12k steps. Soft sand. Doing this 10 days straight, I noticed significant changes in my body 👀
