Hey @wingstop, I was not given my food when I went to pick it up and had some items missing. Was laughed out the restaurant when I went back to tell them the error. Very unprofessional!

@wingstop Ordered 24 wings + fries from Wingstop (Ellicott City, MD). Got 18 wings, no fries, ranch exploded. GM said she’d fix it—then refused, laughed, and wouldn’t identify herself. No apology. Unacceptable. @Wingstop

@wingstop I've been waiting on a refund from the Newark De store since Superbowl! My son placed an order but the computers kept crashing. He waited 90 minutes and finally filled out a paper refund request. He said there were a lot of customers doing the same. Unacceptable!
