@DoorDash_Help nice try on your theft attempt. You see, when an order never gets delivered, you issue the refund. That is the basics of how that interaction works. If you don't refund me, I will just issue a charge back instead. You don't get to keep my money without service

@DoorDash_Help I am being denied a refund for an order that a Doordash rep cancelled. The dasher Jemesha in Little Rock STOLE the order. The rep cancelled the order but won't refund it. Why am I still paying for an order that I didn't get? It was over $60 and this is unacceptable
