@DoorDash instead of constantly increasing estimates to make your onetime score look good… Give people the option to cancel instead of waiting on your shenanigans. People are generally hungry when ordering and often make a decision based on how long until it arrives.

ironically my first gift card order was a place 20 mins away and i got it faster than the place up the damn street. which i foolishly thought might allow me to get the food faster

doordash is such a dogshit service i used a giftcard on a place 7 min away from me. tipped 25%. going to take 40 minutes to get my food because the driver got two other stops to pickup/deliver before my food. didnt expect it to be 4x slower than getting it myself😭
