@WorldMark Do not buy points from this resort!!! They give you wrong information, never returns your calls. and no matter what they tell you they are not trying to "treat you like family". Unless they mean that one family member that stop talking to you.

@WorldMark Be very careful when booking online now. The snuck in a credit protection fee and won't remove it. And now the call center is outsourced so you don't get the same customer service you used to get when it was WorldMark run. It is hustle to steal more money.

@WorldMark @WyndhamHotels are going out of their way to make loyal customers unhappy. Had to update Wyndam branded CC in Nov. Called in to update maintenance autopay in Jan They updated Wyndam side but not Worldmark side. 1 wk later sent to collections. Refuse to pullback

@WorldMark is the worst travel company ever. Made reservation last year. Father has health problems. Appt on the day we're supposed to arrive. Won't ("can't") change the arrival date. No other choice given. No empathy for situation. Uncaring reps blindly follow rules.

@WorldMark. 16+ yrs owner here. Recently added credits BUT very hard to obtain account statement, payment history, accrued interest etc. This Consumer Finance department is the worst I've encountered: WM website is often inaccurate and the department response times are dismal.

Hey @WorldMark , I have to say your customer care department is completely unreliable and unresponsive. I have a case open with you for past few months and even after repeated attempts to contact there is no response. Very poor service.
