This design isn't great, but it has potential. If he were allowed to be more stylized, clean up some of the colours, this could be a really cool space knight, but instead we get space cop with medieval weapons

Just like concord, most of these designs just feel like people wearing a tacky costume i think this bland, "safe" realism is a big reason for it, making the costumes look more fake on the more realistic humans, and neutering how out there a character can really look

Studios will literally never learn the ONE obvious lesson to take away from highguard and concord which is that art direction and character design makes or breaks a hero shooter
