@HelsMars @WunderlistHelp @MicrosoftToDo Yep, the import took all day, with no accurate update of progress. Very frustrating and time-consuming, not to mention it doesn't install confidence. I'll def be looking to switch

Anyone having trouble importing info from soon-to-be-defunct @WunderlistHelp to @MicrosoftToDo? Started off ok, but very slow to import and now seems stuck with nothing new added in last hour even though it says it's still in progress. Beginning to panic as I have a lot of info!

@SarahEwing Your data is safe and the importer will still work until June, so no need to worry about losing your data tomorrow. We recommend getting in touch with our To Do support team in-app. They can take a closer look at why you're having an issue with the importer.

@WunderlistHelp No I mean I have the same result. It keeps stalling, it starts off fine importing then just stops adding new lists/tasks or only doing some and not others. Literally in tears, I'm so frustrated

@SarahEwing Do you mean that you've checked the import status or started a new import on different devices? Unfortunately, it's not possible to restart the import on a different device. If you DM the email address you use with Wunderlist, we can check if you have a large account on our end. twitter.com/messages/compo…

@WunderlistHelp How do I describe how large it is? I don't think it's large. The first 30mins of the import this morning went ok-ish and then it just stalled for another three hours despite saying almost there. I've tried on multiple Apple devices and same result

@SarahEwing Without knowing how large your account is, it's difficult to estimate how long the import will run. Do you happen to have a lot of files in your account?

@WunderlistHelp The import summary for three hours just showed almost there and nothing more had been added after the first half hour, so it'd literally stopped importing even tho it said it was still in progress

@WunderlistHelp How can I see how much storage I am using with you? When I migrated to Microsoft To Do.. it says I hit my limit but they won't even tell me what the limit is either.. help please!
