UPDATE – Lehi Outage: Lehi Fiber has confirmed a main line fiber cut. Construction crews are on site making repairs. Estimated restoration time is 5–7 hours.

We do not have any new updates from Lehi Fiber regarding the outage at this time. We will share more information as soon as it becomes available. There is currently no ETA. Thank you for your patience.

West Valley City UTOPIA outage update: The outage has been resolved. All services have been restored. The fiber damage has been repaired. RESOLUTION TIME: 11:00 p.m.

West Valley City UTOPIA outage update: We have received an update that most residents should be back online. Field services is completing repairs. ETR is still 11PM for completing the repairs.

West Valley City UTOPIA outage update: We have received an update from UTOPIA that the estimated time of resolution is 11PM for this outage. Thank you for your patience.

UTOPIA Network Outage Update: 01/24/26 - West Valley City Teams are still working on repairs, and have provided a new ETA of 4:00pm

In regards to the West Valley City UTOPIA outage, UTOPIA has confirmed this is due to a fiber cut and repairs are ongoing. Their current ETA is 8am for full repair.

UTOPIA Santa Clara Outage Update: 01/21/2026 06:01 PM MST - **ETR is 1/22/26 5:00 AM.

Update for Santa Clara outage 01/21/2026 03:28 PM MST - Confirmed there has been a Fiber Strike in St. George that has taken down both SC001 and SC002. Currently working on getting contractors headed there.

Outage - SC001/SC002 - Santa Clara UTOPIA Network Outage All ADS's are down. FSG is on route to investigate. CATEGORY: Unknown Under Investigation START TIME: 01/21/2026 02:25 PM MST END TIME: SCOPE OF IMPACT: Customers affected may be without service.

XMission will be closed from 7 a.m. on Monday, January 19th until 7 a.m. on Tuesday January 20th in observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. A skeleton crew will be on site for emergencies. ☠️
