But this is a tremendous country, and yes we have a Canadian Dream, the belief that people can come together to build better lives, and in doing so build a better country: fair, decent, and diverse.

@Liam14903953 @medicalgrower42 For me, I found the quality inconsistent. But i would say the best strains I ever encountered were in the late 90s. Last year I asked the biggest weed connoisseur I know to pick me up the dankest stickiest bud he could for me, for a cottage trip. It was kinda mid.

You cannot make real music if you do not UNDERSTAND your influences, even the ones that seem opposite to you. Shallow musicians hear a genre they don't like and say "that's rubbish, only my taste matters." Deeper musicians hear something unfamiliar and say "OK, so what are they feeling here? What are they trying to say?" And only when they understand, THEN they create. You don't have to COPY to understand. But you do have to LISTEN. The weakest kind of artist is the "I only respect what I already know" kind.

@JeremyMacKenzi It is something to think our own government hates us this bad. If I were ever in a position to govern I would like to believe I'd adopt an entirely different approach. We can't please everybody of course but seems like there should be a better way than what we are seeing now.

It's not an accident that our governments send military and heavy handed police forces to use violence on it's own civilian population. It's not a mis-communication or an error. They see the people of our nations as the enemy and intend to do much worse to us in the future.
