@gavin_novosad1 I've tracked these for awhile and Ripple used to send most to ODL route monthly. Since Nov '24 the OTPs, Trust, and Other Investments was introduced on Ripple reports and ramped up since then. In summary 90% ish of the 300M unescrowed is sent to the two above.

I feel like in this case it should be guilty by reason of insanity and the punishment should be life confinement to a mental facility so they don’t hurt other people. Being found not guilty by reason of insanity is ridiculous.
