People are still talking about this like it is just another war headline, another oil spike, another temporary geopolitical shock that markets will eventually shrug off. That framing is dangerously outdated. It assumes the world still works like a zero sum board game where one country loses, another country gains, and the system keeps moving. That is not the system we live in anymore. The modern global economy is a tightly wound financial machine. Energy flows, debt markets, shipping lanes, sovereign wealth, pension capital, AI infrastructure spending, food imports and industrial supply chains are now so interconnected that when one critical artery goes under stress, the shock does not stay local. It multiplies. It feeds through currencies, bond markets, insurance, freight, inflation expectations, industrial production, household costs and political stability all at once.

I’ve genuinely never seen @RabbiShmuley get eviscerated like this before. 😂🤣 For nearly an hour, @ShaykhSulaiman systematically debunked and destroyed the lying "Rabbi"" against every major October 7th narrative thrown at him: 🔹“beheaded babies” 🔹mass rape allegations 🔹claims about breasts being cut off and “used like volleyballs” 🔹allegations a baby was strangled with a "shoestring"" 🔹Iran, Zionism and Western political influence What made it fascinating was the contrast in composure. The more emotional and aggressive Shmuley became — interrupting, plugging his book, threatening to leave and repeatedly claiming victory mid-debate — the calmer and more methodical Suleiman became in response, constantly returning to reports, UN findings, contradictions and counterevidence.
