Over the past 24hours art made a statement. Yes I did not mint out. Yes the floor price dropped. Yes the market nuked. And yet here is a group of people celebrating art. And that to me means the world. I've spend so much time on these details, working tirelessly for days on end for even the smallest things. People do not realise how much more effort it takes to bring something to life. But if you want to try animate a ball falling on 12 sheets of paper. And you get the idea. My point is that, "technically speaking" @midnightbreezey is a failure. It did not equate to the success formula this space wants to see. It did not build the same amount of hype some other projects do with a 100th of the effort for 1 asset. But, it did touch people's heart. And it is being celebrated. Its exactly going as I wanted it to go. And that to me. Is success. So to everyone thank you for sharing your breezes. Please keep doing so. I love reading everything. So, auction ended. Settled at 0.096. I came in with high expectations. Seeing the response of this space was overwhelming. It gave me hope. Only 200 sold. The way I went about this, I reckon it was too complicated. Too much trying to recreate 2021 energy. A standard mint would have sufficed. You see for the past years I dedicated every waking moment to my art. To the promise I made in 2021. A sort of compulsion. On top of that, I've spent almost every dollar I made into this. Wanting to achieve the very best. The final version of this art. The way it always was meant to be. And I do not regret this one bit. But, it does mean right now, is not easy. Because here's the thing. I know the art is good. In fact. I know many many people care deeply about it. But it's not seen. Not enough. So I am not giving up. I am keeping the mint open. Built over 3 months with a small team of 3 animators, we set out to capture the soul of the Lonely Road, and I truly think we did. Every scene is rooted in your Fragments. Inspired by the traits you hold, the interpretations you made. There’s meaning behind each shot, if you know Breeze, you’ll feel it. Honestly? It’s a miracle this trailer even exists. Years of worldbuilding, painting, animating ,all coming together. And tomorrow, the journey continues. This is the most ambitious generative art experience I’ve ever attempted.
