@classicretro @jason_bhandari German customs lost the parcel before that but the Post Office / Deutsche Post wouldn't cover the losses despite it being a tracked parcel. It's like the wild west, lie about the value and forget insurance and hope for the best.

Forgive a rant. Sent small package to Spain (Birthday card and gift) 6th Jan '24. The package now held in Barcelona and they are asking for €35 from the recipient on collection. It was a £20 gift and cost me £9.75 to post.#fuming #BrexitBenefit

@classicretro @jason_bhandari This could be correct. I sent a birthday present to Germany last July worth £40. Costs were similar to release the package. Rules into EU are different than those in UK it seems. You need to put value on customs dec as £5.

@BlueJaysFansUK Maybe it was for the best. Anything else would've just been papering over the cracks, especially on the hitting side. Sport is simple, the Jays didn't take their chances and the Twins did. Abject failure is sometimes necessary....

@UnknownJaysFan @BlueJaysFansUK This team has everything it needs to have a deep play-off run. Atkins is not responsible for Manoah's pitching falling off a cliff or Vladdy not hitting. Maybe we trade them both at the deadline and plug the 'holes' from panic trades?

@ZweiRaider @BlueJaysFansUK Not the whole setup... ROSS ATKINS. He is solely responsible for poor roster construction, waiting too long to fix it at times, then making panic trades that left holes in the roster & crossing his fingers lol.
