One way is to have 2 types of donation options, and one for tax benefit would be non-sellable. The same type could be also used for CSR-like funds. Don't surround yourself with smarter people. Whaaaat? There's a common belief that if you want to grow, you need to surround yourself with smarter people. Another popular expression of this idea is “never be the smartest person in the room.” Despite its popularity, this idea raises some logical questions: if smarter people surround themselves with people like you, does that mean they're dumber than you? And how can you even tell if someone is smarter than you? I recently came across an interesting concept that develops and clarifies this thesis - surround yourself with people unpredictable to you, people who do things you do not do. Such people are usually engaged and successful in something not very close to your area of activity, playing different kinds of games. They see the world from a different angle, they have different questions on their minds and different problems in their lives. This makes them important for your personal development – after all, most fresh and unexplored ideas and discoveries are born at the intersection of disciplines.
