This is actually true nowadays in general, raids always feel so quiet it’s almost awkward. I’ve gotten 10k viewer raids where only a couple people talk and the viewers evaporate within minutes.
Back when I first started streaming on Twitch I remember getting HOSTED (they were better than raids and you will never convince me otherwise) for 10k and I would have over 3k viewers at the end of the night, when I only averaged a couple hundred at the time.

Back in the old days you would get a raid on twitch with 600 viewers and it would immediately start a crazy hype train and youd get hundreds of followers… Cut to today on Kick where you get a 600 viewer host and not a single new person talks
