@_HealthPartners You have no way on the website or app to contact you other than a plan or care message, which this is NOT. How do I get you to stop calling me about upcoming appointments? Don’t need or want calls, can rarely take them at work.

WTH @_HealthPartners. My wife and I are covered by your top-tier plan but were told you would not pay for either updated #COVID vaccine bc they were so new your plan has not OKed them. It was in the news that feds were working to OK these new vaccines for a 4-year-old pandemic.
