Every time I have to do my TPEP (teacher evaluation), it never ceases to amaze me what a waste of time it really is. In no other profession does one have to do so much work to prove they’re doing their job effectively to an evaluator who rarely, if ever, actually observes them.

@IvaluePhysEd Music was the ONE thing that kept me connected to high school. I’m so glad I get to teach it now! I have kids that were me when I was them, and needed someone like me (not to sound arrogant). We need music in schools!

@priceisright228 I’m quite the opposite…I try to stay fly but it’s hard when life keeps me this humble.

This weekend I placed 1st in my first official 5k & was feeling pretty good about myself. I also stabbed myself in the eye with my own thumb while changing my shirt before bed & had to go to the Dr. this morning to get it checked out…so…stay humble? 🤷🏻‍♂️
