This is an unbelievably horrible policy that opens up a horrible can of worms. I would strongly recommend not playing at Prophet until this policy is reversed.
I had no idea this was in place - I will be WDing all funds & refusing to play until this policy is gone

@KirkEvans0 You get first hand experience that Cindy from Bumfuck Township, IN is taking a kickback from bumping up a 50k contract to 60k, you realize how much fraud there could be as it scales up. She needs 3 bids? Sure, no problem, the guy giving the kickback can write all 3. Thoughts?

One thing I don't understand about America's gripe with Ukraine spending: A MASSIVE amount of the "dollars" is just stockpiled older weapons, that then get re-ordered, made by an American company. The dollar figure tracked as "sent" to Ukraine is the cost of the NEW weapon. Improving the US army, stimming economy, while supporting Ukraine. Whats bad about that? Do people know this?
