@drewlevin Does that logic suggest that its my smurf account? How could it be if we are regularly in the same games. If that is the aim, how come none of my actual smurf accounts got a ban? He missed out on end of season reward because of it

@drewlevin I'm a toxic player, I'm constantly chat banned. On my last chat ban, my mate got the same punishment as me citing that I share his device.. he wasnt even in the same game. We regularly play together (most of my games ars with him) - so, how come he's been punished for my toxicity

it's always "i got banned for playing solo and got unlucky with my duo being a dirtbag, revert penalty now" until i point out that their duo boosted them from hardstuck to a new peak rank and then it's "tweet not loading" what did i say :( :( :(

We’ve just reenabled the entire Spectator API (including the getCurrentGameInfoByPuuid endpoint) so now everyone should be able to access live game data again. This may require some time for 3rd party sites to adjust to these changes, but we’ll be working to support them through navigating these adjustments. We appreciate your patience while we deploy fixes to bring streamer mode more in line with the vision for the feature that would deliver on an experience that’s long been requested.

We're micropatching some buffs to Skarner JGL and nerfs to Skarner Top! Right now, Top is outperforming Jungle when at low mastery (yet to be seen whether that's the case when mastered though). High mastery Skarners are performing pretty well on him. We think despite his low average winrates, he's still quite strong, but has several optimizations that need to be learned (eg. Q before E, etc.) Another thing we've heard a lot about is about how heavy his Q feels in pulling the rock and standing still. We're trying to thread the needle between impactful & adding sufficient counterplay. We want this ability to hit like a truck and having Skarner channel for a bit to let that be fair is a work in progress. We're MPing some changes to address both role power levels, but the larger swings at Top will come next patch. Mana Growth: 60 >>> 45 P Monster Damage Cap: 75-250 >>> 100-300 Q Monster Damage Cap: 100/175/250/325/400 >>> 150/225/300/375/450 W Mana Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 >>> 50/55/60/65/70 E Cooldown: 24/22/20/18/16 >>> 20/19/18/17/16 Expect these to be reflected in Patch Notes later once they get through localization.
