Awww poor baby. My advice is it always gets better. I left a 4yr relationship and a 5yr relationship distraught, wondering if I’ll ever love again and move on. I have many times since, and found happiness after. I always use a 6 month rule for myself. I tell myself this won’t hurt as much in 6 months. And I check back in and it doesn’t. And then add another 6 months etc. Until the pain eventually fully goes away. But grieve and process.
