Just went to see The Art of the Brick exhibit by artist Nathan Sawaya! Its a collection of inspiring artworks made exclusively from LEGO® bricks! Its at the Franklin Institute until Sept. Loved it! #BearTavernPride

1st Grade: Indi Maverick inspired Springtime Bunnies. We used Diffusing Paper (Magic Paper) for the background flower designs🌷🌺💐🐰 @Ms_Abbruzzese #BearTavernPride

3rd Grade students learned about the Koi fish history & symbolism in Japanese art. They painted a moonlight pond using tints and shades, added fish with pastels, and then topped it off with 3D Koi fish. Spectacular! #BearTavernPride @HVArtsEd @lizmachado68

5th Grade Bubble Prints with Zentangle Background. Zentangle is an art form that explores the use of shapes/patterns & while in the process, beautiful, intricate designs emerge.The process of creating a Zentangle is considered a form of artistic meditation. #BearTavernPride

Agamagraph: Optical illusion in artwork that changes when you look at it from different angles. Israeli artist, Yaacov Agam developed this kinetic art style around 1953 that is based on lenticular printing, a technique used to create holograms. 4th Grade #BearTavernPride
