the fastest way to grow as a founder is to follow people who are 2 years ahead of where you want to be.

@aliByteCode make a video of yourself using the app as intended, explain a few features. KISS method. 3 days later follow up with some images of the app with a CTA. until your CTA converts you do the first 2 steps over and over in moderation. after convert, you retain. bread crumbs. repeat.

everyone says "just launch it" but once you launch you get 3 visitors 2 are your friends 1 is you checking analytics now what
