Long shot, anyone got a friend at Ordnance Survey Ireland? Trying to help some customers who want to use Irish mapping data in Citizen Space under the NMA. Usual routes of contact not getting any reply.

I'm finding that "accessible" meaning both "easy to get into for non-experts" and "work for users with disabilities" causes frequent confusion. What's a way of saying the former which isn't just about diversity or inclusion?
