Every piece of software is so absolutely full of bugs I cannot wait for an integrated Blackbox AI tester agent that works with an automatic P2 bug fixer agent to just fix all the most annoying tedious little bugs that PMs will mark as “won’t fix” The people who do that should win a Nobel Prize for Software

@banglani Every state should unabashedly do more to preserve and promote the local language and culture. No reason why it should be conflated with infrastructure issues.

@swamikrish2001 @jsensarma Yes. Marketing needs version control and analytics around it. Another thing that engineers do well which we believe is missing is better monitoring and alerting.

is there a framework to check in google ad campaigns in git and "push" to google ads from there? can't believe how crazy it is to manage these campaigns with so many settings in a UI. (we need more engineers in marketing)

Contrary to popular perception, OpenAI’s biggest asset is that they’re not too clever, and so are happy to just keep scaling up existing algorithms.

@boazbaraktcs Wrong. Human language is a very compact encoding of human experiences that is collectively understood. Most of the information is concentrated in the decoder rather the encoding.

Almost all material in the CS curriculum is available electronically. Current LLMs fall short of student-level performance, but not because they lack the data, nor because they lack motor-sensory skills to walk to the library. Most CS students don’t know where it is anyway 😀

A couple of months had chatted with a senior Google exec in the US planning to R2I. Had strongly suggested considering Hyd as base instead of Blr. "door ke angoor meethe" applies of course.

@alokgoyal1971 Couldn't have put it better. The pointed questions, initially asked in the process itself cleared the air on a number of things for us. Thanks for the support. @alokgoyal1971

A few years ago, we met 3 founders, solving a problem we deeply believed in, & together represented one of the best SaaS teams we’d met. We lost the deal but stayed connected & persisted until they agreed to include us in their journey. More on our thesis & the team 🧵

@arvimurthy @paulg Yeah, that is one example of what he’s describing: It tells us something quite damning about them if they’re the kind of person who makes, or expects others to make, their beliefs about facts in the world subject to implicit social agreements.

It's weird that people get mocked for changing their minds. To me it seems *more* impressive to conclude P after previously believing ~P. If P is in fact true, you not only got the right answer, but did it with a headwind.

@paulg More often than not - they are mocked when the earlier stand is part of an implicit agreement and people feel cheated.

Anyone who mocks people for changing their minds is inadvertently telling us something very damning about themselves.
