“It’s funny because the song’s been out for months, and people are still confused [over] what it’s about. We have something to talk about, but maybe I was tripping for blowing it out of proportion. So maybe do you want to come over? I’m using your clothes as bait. I was nice. I didn’t sell them on Depop. I didn’t give them to my little brothers and sisters. Maybe come by and get them, and we can speak about it.
Then the ‘I’ll let your body decide’ part is a double entendre for the intuition you feel in your body when you’re around someone and [you] feel safe. Or if we get it cracking, I’ll let your body decide if it’s worth it. It’s a pretty mature emotion. This is an in-between. We both are kind of messed up. How do we get to the roots [of the issue]?”
