Ever wondered why some AI models give amazing answers while others fall flat? It's all about the "reasoning" capability - and it's completely changing the game for AI users.

Most unexpected use of AI deep research we've discovered? Crafting cold outreach that actually works. Most are using it wrong. But this trick creates genuinely personalized emails at scale: 1️⃣ Perplexity API finds prospects 2️⃣ Deep-researches each company 3️⃣ Drafts 500+ emails

Still using ChatGPT for content ideas? You're leaving money on the table. The AI landscape has evolved, but most solopreneurs haven't kept up.

Blindly automating your social media? That's how you kill your reach. I've seen too many marketers fall for the "fully automated AI social media" promise, only to wonder why their engagement tanked.

Just showed a room full of AI skeptics what Claude can REALLY do for copywriting... and converted everyone in minutes. Ever notice how most people's AI experience stops at ChatGPT? They have no idea what they're missing. What's your go-to AI model for copywriting?

AI tip of the day: Don’t get stuck in a one-model rut! Whether it’s Claude, ChatGPT, or something else, mixing it up can level up your game. Try a tool like TypingMind (one-time buy, no subscription BS) and swap models on the fly with your fave prompts.

Built this fancy AI automation system for a client yesterday... Me: "Great, now where should I plug this into your task management system?" Client: "Oh, we don't have one. We just use Slack." Me: "...how do you track what people are doing?" Client: "I ask them." facepalm

Let’s be real—email is a time suck. You open your inbox to catch up, and suddenly you’ve spent an hour replying to everyone but making zero real progress. That was me... until I realized Gmail’s built-in AI can draft replies for me inside my inbox . No copy-pasting to ChatGPT. No overcomplicated automation. Here’s how I’ve been using this to handle email 10x faster (without sounding like a robot): 📌 Start with bullets → AI polishes the reply. Write 2-3 key points, click "Help me reply", and it expands them into a full response. 🎤 Dictate replies instead of typing. With MacWhisper, just hit a key, speak normally, and it removes all hesitations before Gmail’s AI formats it into a solid email. ⏳ Tweak → Send. AI handles the grunt work, you just fine-tune and hit send. Done in seconds. No fancy automation. No complex setups. Just using what’s already built in to reclaim time. Try it out next time you’re drowning in emails. And if you’re already using AI for this—what’s your workflow? Would love to swap ideas 👇

"We just killed our 7-figure business." Not because it was failing. Not because we had to. But because it felt wrong to continue. Watch the full episode to hear the raw, unfiltered story of why we shut everything down.

After 15 years of building WordPress sites, I'm finally moving to Webflow for all our new projects. The web has changed dramatically since WordPress launched in 2003. 👉 Most people discover content on social media now 👉 AI handles content discovery and summarization 👉 direct blog traffic keeps declining. Yet here we are, still building on a blogging platform from 2003, when what really matters today are high-converting sales and product pages. The real cost isn't just financial (though it adds up fast): • Page builder ($89/year) • Caching plugin ($49/year) • Form builder ($99/year) • Security suite ($99/year) • Premium hosting ($360/year) The bigger cost? Time and lost opportunities. Instead of improving our products and marketing, we're: 🚫 debugging plugin conflicts. 🚫 Fighting with caching against A/B testing. 🚫 Waiting for slow page builders to load. 🚫 Getting bounced between different support teams. This is why I'm switching to Webflow + Relume for fast site building (and it's cheaper). No plugin headaches. No hosting headaches. No security headaches. Just a lightning-fast visual editor that lets you build pages that look like they were designed by Apple's team, not a WordPress theme from 2014. What's holding you back from making the switch? Raw numbers tell the real story: • 90+ employees depending on you • 5.4M revenue • 4M+ in wages • Razor thin margins • Zero savings some months Yet they keep pushing, innovating, and growing. Do you ever wake up (or stay up) thinking about similar challenges?

The reality? He sometimes doesn't even sleep thinking about making payroll. This conversation reminded us that entrepreneurship isn't about the highlight reel - it's about managing chaos while building something meaningful.

• 5.4M in revenue last year. • 4M+ paid in wages. • Sometimes going to zero at month's end. This is what 'success' really looks like behind the scenes. Just interviewed Ferry Kaszoni who built a 90+ person agency in 3 years.

Today, he runs a 90-person agency doing 7-figures. Success isn't about where you start. It's about what you learn along the way. What early life experience shaped your entrepreneurial journey?

"Please, can you lend us some money for food until my mom gets her pension?" At 10 years old, this was Fery Kazioni's first sales pitch. Growing up in one of Romania's poorest regions, necessity forced him to become a salesperson before he even knew what sales was.
