@trojancollects @Topps @CardPurchaser Heard the same on Orton. Becky they had no answers. So frustrating!

@berkowitzb @Topps @CardPurchaser They announced back in December that any pending redemptions would get 200% value replacements, figured it was worth a shot after 9 months of waiting. Was told the Orton cards had a printing error and needed to be remade, not sure what the Becky hold up is

When do you just give up on redemptions and request substitutions? These have been sitting for over a year now and they sign in newer products. @Topps @CardPurchaser

@berkowitzb @CardPurchaser @Topps Never. I only request substitutions if the company reaches out & says the card will not be made. I’ve never requested a substitution. Mainly bc I’m a set builder & 90% of my redemptions are for the set.
