day 109 dropshipping PNL $-70 i descaled today and still went unprofitable. stayed up until like 3 am finishing up my new batch of video ads. gonna see how they perform today on a $100 budget. i just know I’m one winning ad away to hitting a winner. just gotta keep pushing🙏

day 108 dropshipping PNL -$110 ads did terrible today and are fatiguing a bit. i cut my image cbo ($150 no sales) and descaled my other 2 campaigns. only goal rn is to keep dropping new ads and finding a winner tonight, dropping a batch of video ads only. time is coming soon

day 107 dropshipping PNL was around -$30. so near break even. the new batch of image ads did terrible first day but just gonna let it keep on running and see how they do before i cut gonna to de scale my campaigns and restructure them. next is finishing up on b roll videos

day 106 dropshipping worse day so far for this brand (launch it 6 days ago) PNL was like -$140 dropped 20 statics ads tonight. I also created a separate CBO just for image ads since they weren’t getting any spend in my current CBO with the video ads grind gonna pay off soon.

day 105 dropshipping was negative for -$100 today. but not really tripping, ups and down are bound to happen everyday today goal is to just make some b rolls and static image ads. dropping a new batch of ads tonight

day 241 in ecom. long post here but it’s for those asking about my profit margins. i honestly don’t track my profits i still need to hire a bookkeeper & i also cannot figure out how to get my triple whale to calculate profit margins correctly. BUT i do keep track of my cogs & i did the math the other day of adding up my all time cogs plus adspend, & then my all time revenue. & i’ve done around $140,000 in revenue & $137,000 on adspend & cogs lol. plus chargebacks, refunds, fees, my video editors, subscription tools, etc. i’m negative. but that’s fine i’m not in this for quick profits i’m in this for the long game. that’s $140K worth of learning & i’m trying to build something with mrr that i can exit one day. my mrr store is only less than 3 months old & i have $12K in mrr stacked & doing $2K days. the profits will come. this is a crazy 7 days a week 365 grind & most of you beginners are in for a rude awakening if you stay in this game long enough. a lot of the mfs posting revenue screenshots on here will never (truthfully) talk about how much profit they actually make cause chances are it’s slim to none & they just want you to buy their course from their big revenue screenshot. & they’re prob blackhat. also whoever says you only need like 1-2K to start ecom is setting people up for failure. you’re not gonna print money from day 1 on your first product. & you don’t want to have to rely on your shopify payouts to stay above water. ecom is expensive. you need money on hand to scale & pay invoices & pay off your credit cards & many more things. this shi is draining both mentally and financially. but if it was easy everyone would do it

day 100 dropshipping cutting product #15 $8.8k total revenue 18 days of running it learnt a lot through this product and was my first, where i actually got some buying intent. moving on bc its not profitable enough and expenses are too high to keep running. on to product #16😄

day 99 dropshipping $790 revenue $320 ad spent 2.45 ROAS best day so far for this brand, both revenue and profit wise. going to make new ads for a new avatar i’m testing. think it has more potential then my current avatar. overall need to learn how to make better ads

day 98 dropshipping $505 rev $330 ad spent 1.53 ROAS break even today. had our biggest order from one customer today ($160). launched ai video ads today but it barely got spent, so just gotta wait to get more spend before i can judge the data. overall excited for the future😁

day 97 dropshipping $620 revenue $301 ad spent 2.06 ROAS been 10 days of running this product (prod #15) and so far everything looks decent. dropping a batch of ai video UGC ads tonight. overall excited to scale and learn how to make good ads with this product

day 96 dropshipping $440 rev $355 ad spent 1.24 ROAS broke even. older offer was too expensive, so changed offer mid day and orders instantly started picking up. hit total 100 orders and finished first batch of video ai ads today
