@Piffy_UwU No. Paul's Heat smash is a worse version of demoman because It does not need clean. Demoman is i15, unsteppable. Heat smash is i18, steppable. Hwo trades his Ch Launcher flappy for a NC flappy now, totally balanced and healthy.

Soo i thought they nerfed Flappy kicks overall.. but apparently they only nerfed the Heat version??

Hwoarang is dead. There is no longer any reason to play Hwoarang. Even when he was nerfed in Season 2, I did research and hard training to try and salvage the character, but I no longer see a future. I was very stressed out by this character's inefficient skill structure and unreasonable system elements, but looking at today's patch, there is no longer any need to play this character. It is time to look for another character.

@Ashen_TK @Oracle_Javier depende no muchos pj tienen el d4 generico y desde el nerf que recibieron en este juego ya casi no se usa, de igualmanera no eh visto o eh revisado si lo mismo pasa con kazuya o devil jin o es un caso exclusivo de reina.

@boy_atomik @Oracle_Javier Pero eso esta bien, es jugar el neutral, puedes hacer un backdash y castigar el whiff del d4, hacer low parry, puedo entender que parezca injusto pero es un ataque generico, no algo exclusivo de un personaje, tú tambien puedes usar el d4 si lo haces a la distancia correcta.

These details affect tournaments, especially for Hwoarang, since he's a unique character in previous Tekken titles. To punish with 15f WS for 55 dmg (no wall), his second hit is high. If it whiffs, he can eat 70+ dmg. He simply can't punish properly like he should #Tekken_report8

@Ashen_TK @Oracle_Javier hermano esa situacion del espaciar con d4 en block no requiere habilidad como tal, depende mas de la suerte porque no es comun usar ese comando para espaciar y buscar whiff, si no para definir rounds, en peru es muy comun ver a gente de tag 1 que se integran al tk7 u 8 usarlos.

@boy_atomik @Oracle_Javier Es de las pocas cosas que siempre han estado en el juego que requieren habilidad que aun se mantienen, si tu no aplicas estas cosas en tu gameplay esta mal asumir que el resto tampoco.

@Oracle_Javier por eso mismo no es algo que suela pasar, ya que es muy raro ver que alguien busque generar espacio con un d4 generico y sobretodo en block, no creo que pedir que un d4 generico no genere pushback en block no este del todo incorrecto, seguro los devs deben tener otras prioridades

Puede ser intencional, o no, pero es parte del juego, no podemos pretender que todos los moves funcionen igual en todas las distancias, angulos o situaciones

@Oracle_Javier el tema es que en el video el oponente no busca posicionar un golpe en la distancia correcta es el hecho de que el que esta blockeando puede intuir que viene el d4 quiza por lectura y quizas por la distancia que genero al hacer backdash el castigo optimo probablemente no llegue.

@Oracle_Javier quizas mas adecuado es decir "común" que normal, pero fundamental en mi opinión no creo que sea lo correcto, hay cosas que se han pasado por alto por años en tekken, por ejm s1 el d4 de bryan despues de un qcb1 generaba el espacio prfecto para que ciertos pj no puedan castigarlo

@boy_atomik De hecho eso es aun más incorrecto porque que los d4 genericos de mayoria de PJs tengan algo de pushback y al spacearlo lejos no todos los castigos lleguen es normal y una parte fundamental del juego

@tekken_masterbh 5 Yep, all Heat Smashes should be nerfed, but his mixups aren’t that strong without Heat, he doesn’t have a strong low.
6 The character has always been like that — he doesn’t have strong punishes.

@tekken_masterbh 1 Try d1 the entire sequence can be punished only the power crush is a relatively safe option
2 You can sidewalk the first hit, then try to sidestep the second one
3 Some characters have better wall combos, and their max dmg routes offer stronger oki. Hwoarang max dmg combo is -6

Hwoarang needs NERFS and he has been avoiding getting nerfed for so long, here is why :
1- DB4 is extremely rewarding with no risk attached with it ( if you try to punish this low you literally die )
2-hitconfirmable power crush that tracks both side
3-easy carry to wall that ends in a situation where you have to eat his ff3 on block which puts him in a plus 6 OB
4-his new right flamingo 43 is a natural hit and plus 4 on block mixed with his low sweep which wallsplats aswell i think this mix is too much to handle and needs tone down .
5-heatsmash that wallsplat and on OB is plus
6- infinite plus frames on everything
