Anyone know? Sounds like a sensible suite of encouraging behaviours?

How the pandemic showed cities what they could be like, fewer cars, more 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️ how can we reinforce those choices & behaviours? If boroughs removed some parks on street & replaced w car share how 30 households with 30 cars could drop cars to 14 & use space differently.🌏🌍
