With that being said… I truly love my career field. Being able to show up in other’s healing journey is a real privilege, and I’m grateful for it. Insightful, impactful, transformative work.

Healing is so essential to a healthy productive meaningful life. Our behaviors and what we deem to be okay is reflective of our upbringing, environment, beliefs, and our own healing journey or the lack thereof

Being in the mental health/ behavioral health field automatically gives you a front row seat to understanding how people think and why they do the things they do and yeah…
