it is wrong in so many way to have a digital payment only, but in some cases that's how the company prevent fraud from their employee. accepting cash as payment is too easy to get corruption and workers can easily manipulate the system (in the company pov)

Nah, nothing would change in this country unless it’s viral. Yelling at workers isn’t right, but without the fuss, places like Roti O would still go "digital payment only". Tech should make life easier, not harder, especially in this case is for the elders.
