My biggest concern about Arizona hoops for the future is how this team was literally the best to ever play at this school and fell two games short. I get we ran into Michigan’s best team ever, but I worry other big 12 foes and blue bloods will reload and produce historic seasons.

Arizona's loss means that the Big 12 stays at three national championships since the inception of the conference, which was 1996. Kansas 2008, Baylor 2021, Kansas 2022. That's it. That's the list. Texas Tech 2019 and Houston 2025 couldn't have been closer, but no cigar.
