guys im highkey freaking out i had my dinner all planned w macros and calories counted but my dad brought food back from a cookout (?) lemon chicken and some sort of rice how many calories are we guessing?? i couldnt calculate it hand for size

@cigaretteofed Depending on how deep the tin is I'd say 200-220 for the chicken and like 210-315 for the rice (??) but that may be WAAY off
