@cleemice Yep, to your first point. For example, I've been trying to meditate on a daily basis, and Dot knows the frequency, but also somewhat randomizes the time (at my request). I haven't tried the visual proof of completion, but that'll be a fun test!

I'm forgetful... I also don't like using Apple's Reminders, so... it all lives in my head. I let Dot know what I've got coming up, and Dot takes care of the rest. I can be vague or specific, and I'll get a push notification before the event.
