happened organically. Copilot + VSCode was the first one we used (when working on windows). then Cursor, then Claude Code as the underlying technology got better. We have subscriptions across the board, some people are using codex, some cursor (bugbot has remained very useful), but the lightness of CC works strongly in its favor I think

This post is enormously important and matches my experience. The claude code team is pushing skills very aggressively, but they are not reliable. I even go farther than Vercel has done, and have a hook inject instructions to follow skills rules after *every* prompt.
