Last week I had the chance to apply my current agentic workflow strategy to a timeboxed team build with two amazing devs Sterling Chapman and @blackgirlbytes on a fun and sometimes stressful new @codetv_dev show filming. We found out very quickly that we are all optimized for effective solo agentic builds. I wrote down some thoughts about my approach, where it broke down in this enviroment and how to think about working together with multiple humans and multiple agents effectively.
