This week, student architects from LZHS pitched plans to industry partner experts for their capstone project. Authentic student experiences are a cornerstone of our instructional model.

Authentic learning in action! We completed the third phase of our team-based challenge: LZHS engineers designed, collaborated with @SnapCircuits, and manufactured fidgets inspired by 4th and 5th graders. This is the power of a #unitdistrict—fostering career readiness from K-12!

Engineering/Manufacturing week kicked off today with @SEL_News coming to LZHS to talk all things career with aspiring engineers! We are thankful for all of our community partners for gifting us their time and expertise!
