There’s a trader on Polymarket who doesn’t play the guessing game.
Goes by livebreathevolatility.
Instead of betting on outcomes, he just exploits market maker lag.
From what I can see, he joined around fall 2025.
- Started with $500.
A couple months later:
- over $300K in PnL.
- 19,000 trades.
All on 15-minute crypto markets like BTC and ETH.
He’s not trading direction - he’s trading mispricing.
When the real market moves and Polymarket doesn’t update odds fast enough, he hits the inefficient side.
Example: BTC drops, but the “Up” contract is still priced at 0.90.
He scoops “Down” while it’s underpriced. A few minutes later, the market adjusts and he exits in profit.
He repeats this across thousands of trades.
Each position lasts 1–3 minutes tops.
He doesn’t wait for resolution, doesn’t care who wins.
He’s scalping the model, not the market.
If the Polymarket price is wrong - he enters.
Once it corrects - he’s out.
Cleanest example I’ve seen of printing without predicting anything.
Just knowing where the algo breaks.
