@CreepnCat my mom's first furcon experience with me as a minor was seeing a huge breasted horse fursuit (not fiona, someone else i can't remember) in the lobby and we just walked by and giggled a little. you're going to a con of weirdos in big animal costumes, there's gonna be weird things!

I used to drag my mom to furcons as a kid and we used to mingle with everyone together
When we encountered something out of our realm- you know what we did? We left them alone!
You cannot cleanse a community of an entire demographic and subculture bc it makes you uncomfortable
