I'm not a fan of Narayan Murthy, but his suggestion for people to work more isn't outrageous! He's not forcing anyone to do it; he's merely advising people to work harder so they can earn more—which, deep down, is something everyone wants. PM Modi works 16-18 hours a day, and I, too, work 15-16 hours daily, even on Sundays. There's nothing wrong with working overtime, just as there's nothing wrong with sticking to a five-day workweek. Ultimately, it all depends on individual choice.
